Hi I’m Charlotte, a Children’s Occupational Therapist and if you’re here because you’re feeling overwhelmed or just quietly wondering “is this normal?” then you’re certainly not the only one and you’re in the right place.

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, I work with parents to provide Occupational Therapy support that works for your family.

I’ve supported children with a range of needs, including differences in attention, regulation, coordination and sensory processing. My experience working in clinics, the NHS, mainstream and specialist education settings has shown me that there is a gap for supporting and working collaboratively with parents.

With the right guidance, simple, practical strategies at home can make a huge difference and I’ll always work alongside you to make those feel manageable and achievable. When your child needs extra support, you can suddenly find yourself stepping into a world you never expected, full of new language, decisions and emotions. My aim is to help you feel confident, informed and empowered, so you can help your child blossom!

As a solar powered human, I love spending time in nature and travelling whenever I can and I bring that same flexible, real-life approach into my work. Therapy doesn’t need to feel clinical or intimidating. I believe it should fit around your family, your routines and your child.
